Download the Glofox app

All our classes, credits, and timetables are managed through the Glofox app. It's not a BB Reformer app — it's the platform we use for bookings.

Find our studio

Open the app and search for "BB Reformer". Two options will come up — pick whichever is closer to you:

Create your account

First time with us? Tap "Register" and fill in:

  • Your name
  • Your email
  • A password

Already had an account with us? Just log in with your email and password.

🔑 Forgot your password? Tap "Forgot your password?" on the login screen and follow the steps to create a new one. Still stuck? Message us and we'll help you directly.

How to buy credits

Here's how to get your credits or membership sorted:

If you bought a gift voucher

The app doesn't activate the voucher automatically. After purchasing:

  • 1 Take a screenshot of your purchase
  • 2 Send it to our Instagram or email
  • 3 We'll activate it manually

Booking & cancelling a class

To book a class:

Choose your day and classPick a time that works for you

Tap "Book"One credit will be used and your spot is confirmed

To cancel a class:

Go to "My Bookings"You'll see all your upcoming classes

Select the classTap the class you want to cancel

Tap "Cancel"Your credit is returned to your account
⏰Cancellations must be made at least 7 hours before the class to get your credit back. Cancelling after that window means the credit is used.
